Brad and Jeff Tolkin, Co-CEO’s
Brad Tolkin is President of Cruises Inc. and Co-Chairman/Co-CEO of World Travel Holdings. Jeff Tolkin is Co-Chairman/Co-CEO of World Travel Holdings. Each has more than 25 years of experience as an operating executive in the travel industry.
Prior to co-founding World Travel Holdings in 2005, the Tolkins owned and operated Travel Impressions, one of the country’s most successful privately held travel wholesalers. Under the Tolkins’ leadership, Travel Impressions was profitable for 22 consecutive years and successfully maintained prestigious industry brands such as Pan American Holidays, Eastern Vacations, Continental Airlines Vacations and Virgin Atlantic Vacations. In 1992, the Tolkins acquired Empress Travel, a retail travel agency with 40 stores. They singlehandedly expanded it to include over 100 locations. Travel Impressions and Empress Travel were both sold to American Express in 1998. During the Tolkins’ tenure at American Express, they successfully transitioned both operations to wholly owned subsidiaries of American Express.

Debbie Fiorino, Senior Vice President
Debbie Fiorino serves as Senior Vice President of Cruises Inc. As SVP of the Cruises Inc. brand, she is responsible for continuing to grow the company’s independent contractor agency base while providing exceptional support for these agents. With more than 25 years of experience in business and leadership, Debbie offers expansive knowledge in driving strategy and plans for growth and success. Since joining the company in 2002, she has served as Benefits Manager, Director of Total Rewards & Corporate HR, and Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to joining World Travel Holdings, she served at companies including KaBloom, Bertucci’s Corporation (NE Restaurant Company) and Medical Diagnostics, Inc. Debbie holds a BS from the University of Massachusetts/Boston.
Drew Daly, General Manager, Network Engagement & Performance
Drew Daly is a long-time member of the World Travel Holdings family. He joined the company as a travel agent and quickly moved up the ranks into sales management. He currently serves as the General Manager for Network Engagement and Performance. In early positions with WTH, Drew managed the Virginia Beach Call Center and worked as the Manager of Retail Sales, where he oversaw the operations of 26 retail locations. In 2002, Daly began creating what is now the nation’s most impressive, comprehensive virtual sales network. Simultaneously over the past eight years, he has worked alongside WTH’s leaders in turning travel industry trends into sales opportunities. In this position, Daly oversees the Cruises Inc. Training and Sales Support Teams. He is responsible for managing the company’s training programs and overseeing continuing education programs, including the Regional Training Program, Seminars@Sea and the annual National Conference. Daly is also responsible for creating new programs to maximize Business Development efficiencies and crafting internal campaigns that will help surpass the company’s revenue goals. Daly works closely with the company’s franchise owner and travel partners. He also collaborates frequently with various internal groups, including the Marketing and Communications Team, to orchestrate effective cross-promotional programs that ensure agents’ success.
Joelle Delva, Vice President, Operations
Joelle Delva serves as the Vice President of Operations and has worked in the cruise vacation industry for more than 23 years. Throughout her career in travel, Delva has held various positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of payroll, finance, telecommunication, information technology and general operations within myriads of agencies such as The Cruise Line, Inc, Travel Services International, MyTravel-Shared Services and CruiseOne. Her experience includes the day-to-day operation of the employees that make our customers’ needs a reality. She develops policies and procedures towards fiscal responsibility all while delivering quality products and services.
Sandi Szalay, Vice President, Information Technology
Sandi Szalay serves as Cruises Inc.’s Vice President of Technology. Over the past decade, she has led the company’s technological evolution to extraordinary heights. Szalay won the first ever CIO (Chief Information Officer) award from the South Florida Business Journal, and was recognized as a Corporate I.T. leader by Women in eCommerce. Under Szalay’s leadership, Cruises Inc. has quickly moved to the forefront of the industry with its proprietary software development and unrivaled technical support. This includes the creation of and continuous enhancements to Cruise Control, a state-of-the-art customer relationship manager, booking engine and financial management tool all in one which is essential to the growth and business development of home-based agents with Cruises Inc. This innovative system was the first to offer online pricing and booking with major cruise line partners. Previously, Szalay held various senior leadership positions with Interzine Productions; a leader in interactive leisure sports websites.
Rosemarie Reed, Vice President, Marketing
Rosemarie Reed has been with Cruises Inc. for the past seven years. Recognized as a “Rising Star” in the travel industry by Agent@Home and Vacation Agent, and Digital Marketing leader by Women in eCommerce, Rosemarie has been at the forefront of digitalizing the company’s marketing efforts and transforming print materials to adapt to the changing needs of consumers. She oversaw the re-design and re-branding of the consumer websites and the creation of their mobile-friendly versions, created a video asset library, developed an innovative online advertising campaign, implemented email marketing campaigns and more. Reed joined Cruises Inc. in the IT department as a project manager, before transferring to marketing to manage ecommerce and eventually as director of marketing.
Robert Auclair, Business Opportunity Manager
Robert’s professional background is impressive, as is his track record. Most recently, he spent four years in a variety of positions at a competing host agency, In that position, he sold both host agency and independent contractor units. Robert was previously a Group Account Executive in the Orlando office of our sister company, CruisesOnly. Robert brings more than 25 years of cruise industry experience to our already highly experienced team. He began his industry career with a variety of onboard positions, including Photography Manager, Port Lecturer and Art Auctioneer.
Terri Maldonado, Business Opportunity Specialist
Terri, Certified Travel Counselor (CTC) of the Travel Institute and Master Cruise Counselor of Cruise Line International Association (CLIA), has had an extensive career as an established travel industry leader for 15 years. She successfully owned and operated a host agency with more than 50 independent contractors. Plus, she designed a training and mentoring program with success tools for independent travel agents. In 2005, Terri was awarded the Travel Agent of the Year award from Travel Trade Magazine. She is also a contributing writer for Travel Trade Magazine, Home-Based Travel Trade Magazine and The Travel Institute and served on Arizona Board of Directors, American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA).
